Issue 1 |
---|
Unfortunately, there is no standard for the partitions used in toolboxes. Discretely storing many kinds of tools and trowels is difficult, which can make relevant work harder than necessary. |
Issue 2 |
Because some plasterer's toolboxes are sold bundled with partitions, the organization and tool placement are decided in advance. For this reason, the limit on the number of trowels is approximately 24 to 30. |
1. Check the Storage Space Capacity |
---|
First, when assembling the partitions, confirm the types of trowels to be stored and the space required for each type. Next, insert the trowels tip-first into the gaps between the partitions, hanging the necks of the handles on the partitions themselves. |
Storage Method and Order |
First take the large trowels (270-240mm / 10.63-9.45in) and place them on the tallest partition in order.
(Please place them so that there is overlap. This is to avoid wasting storage space, while still making taking out trowels simple.) Then, place the next set of trowels (240-180mm / 9.45-7.09in) on the next partition. And so on. Continue organizing the rest of the toolbox and tools. |
